Quincy Jointz selects the sixth volume of his concept Lime Sorbet compilation.

Lime Sorbet was always the compilation series for the open-minded music-fans and though is also Volume 6: from sunshine vibes to funky grooves, from Breakbeats, House to Downbeats. Once again Lime Sorbet compilation selects a special mixture of unreleased music by well-known and upcoming artists.

Kicking-off with Dancehall-Vibes from Switzerland, the well-known DJ and producer TURNTILL teams-up with the ROYAL GRUV SOUND feat. BLACK KUSH. Surely not a song which you should expected but it is a killer-tune indeed.

Followed by Russian producer legend VALIQUE with a Quincy Jointz remix. The remix was released a few years ago, now it sounds fresh as it was remastered for the compilation.

LOS CHICOS ALTOS from Lima and Barcelona are also part of Lime Sorbet once again. This time it´s a deep house dancefloor-bomb called "That´s Where it all Began". A sure shot for all parties.

Quincy´s new project JACK & JOINTZ is next feat. ASHLEY SLATER (known by his band "Freak Power" with Fatboy Slim in the 90s). The song "Running Life" has a catchy hookline and damn groovy beats. The extended version is previously unreleased.

Vienna-based entertainer LOUIE AUSTEN is already over 70 years old but still producing fresh club-music like no other."Make a Move" was remixed by Quincy Jointz, so it´s even a little bit more funky as usual. Also the next song is deliverd by Mr. Lime Sorbet himself. "Baseline Funk" is uplifting funky breaks tune.

Hungarian producer DJ CLAIRVO is also well-known to all Lime Sorbet fans. His song "Hollywood" is a pure ghetto funk style with fat wobble bass and ass-kicking beats.

Quincy discovered the music of newcomer TOBE TRONIC already from the last Lime Sorbet compilation. And we have him back with a fantastic breakbeat tune called "Night Drums".

Another Swiss producer is featured, DJ COLOR 2C. His song "Magrao Taste Coffee" is bringing a nice horns-driven funky-groove hit.

Italian ALE TOSSES returns to Lime Sorbet with his crazy funky tune "Franco" a top-notch glitch and ghetto funk track.

ZAMALI from Belgium is also known for his superb songs between fresh and old-style funk. "Tentacules" is an uplifting instrumental with a damn groovy bass-line.

Quincy Jointz did a remix for a project called BAD MONKEYZ. "No. 1 Fan" is a rocking disco remix with the vocals by the fantastic GIZELLE SMITH.

NORTH COAST VIBES is the project of Davor Vucetic from Croatia. Here we get a great downtempo vibed track with a smooth & jazzy feeling.

JAZZ.K.LIPA is closing the compilation with his wonderful radio song "No Forgiveness".
